Northwestern Area came tearing into Saturday's contest with 12 straight wins , and they left with even more momentum. They came out on top against the Castlewood Warriors by a score of 2-0. That's more bragging rights for the Wildcats, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Leading Northwestern Area to victory were Ella Boekelheide and Breelyn Satter. Boekelheide had eight digs and three aces, while Satter had eight digs and six kills. Satter is on a roll when it comes to kills, as she's now had six or more in each of the last three games she's played.

Northwestern Area's victory bumped their record up to 15-1. As for Castlewood, they moved to 9-6 with that defeat, which also ended their four-match winning streak.

Northwestern Area didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 2-0 win against Freeman on the 27th. As for Castlewood, they will square off against Hamlin at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
