The Eau Claire Immanuel Lutheran Lancers were beaten by the Osseo-Fairchild Thunder 67-35. While losing is never fun, the Lancers can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Wisconsin basketball rankings (they are ranked 374th, while the Thunder are ranked 100th).

Eau Claire Immanuel Lutheran's defeat dropped their record down to 4-7. As for Osseo-Fairchild, the victory was the fifth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 15-1.

Eau Claire Immanuel Lutheran will look to defend their home court on Thursday against Whitehall at 7:15 p.m. As for Osseo-Fairchild, they will challenge Alma Center Lincoln at 7:15 p.m. on Friday. One thing working in Osseo-Fairchild's favor is that they have posted at least 55 points every time they've taken the court this season.
