Soccer Recap: Grafton Comes Up Short

Grafton lost against Princess Anne back in March of 2023, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Clippers came up short against the Cavaliers, falling 8-0. Grafton have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Grafton now has a losing record of 2-3. As for Princess Anne, their victory bumped their record up to 3-1.

Grafton will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Poquoson at 7:00 p.m. on the 15th. Grafton's defense better be ready for this one: Poquoson have averaged an impressive 4.8 goals per game this season. As for Princess Anne, they will face off against Deep Creek at 6:00 p.m. on Monday.
