They were beaten by Victory Christian Academy 76-27. The defeat unfortunately continues a disappointing trend for Burton Adventist Academy in their matchups with the Patriots: they've now lost five in a row.
It was another big night for Jerran Martin, who scored 20 points along with eight rebounds and three steals for Victory Christian Academy. Martin is crushing the point category: he's posted at least 16 every time he's taken the court this season. Caiden Shetter was another key contributor, scoring 13 points along with six assists and five rebounds.
Burton Adventist Academy has not been sharp recently as the team's lost six of their last seven contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 3-10 record this season. As for Victory Christian Academy, the win was the 11th in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 21-7.
