Basketball Recap: Lewiston Comes Up Short

Lewiston was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their sixth straight loss dating back to last season. They were outmatched by the Bangor Rams and fell 57-29. The Blue Devils lost against the Rams in their previous head to head back in January, too, but the margin this time around was even wider than the 49-44 score last time.

Lewiston's defeat dropped their record down to 0-5. As for Bangor, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 3-1.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Lewiston will be home for the holidays to greet Nokomis at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday. As for Bangor, they will host Cheverus at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
