Wolfson has gone 8-2 against Englewood recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Wednesday. The Wolfson Wolfpack will challenge the Englewood Rams at 6:00 p.m. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.

Wolfson is probably headed into the match with a chip on their shoulder considering Fletcher just ended the team's three-game winning streak on Monday. They were beaten by the Senators 67-23. While losing is never fun, the Wolfpack can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Florida basketball rankings (they are ranked 416th, while the Senators are ranked 147th).

Meanwhile, Englewood came up short against West Nassau on Friday and fell 46-34. The Rams have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Despite the defeat, Englewood saw an underclassman step up: freshman Tiarra Redding went 7 for 16 on her way to 16 points in addition to five boards and three steals. Redding is on a roll when it comes to steals, as she's now grabbed three or more in the last three games she's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Abagail Smith, who posted eight points along with nine rebounds and three blocks.

Wolfson's loss dropped their record down to 7-4. As for Englewood, their defeat dropped their record down to 3-9.

Wolfson took their win against Englewood when the teams last played back in December of 2024 by a conclusive 59-35. The rematch might be a little tougher for Wolfson since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
