Basketball Recap: West Fargo Takes a Loss

West Fargo was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They were outmatched by the Fargo Davies Eagles and fell 71-35. While losing is never fun, the Packers can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' North Dakota basketball rankings (they are ranked 94th, while the Eagles are ranked 19th).

West Fargo's defeat dropped their record down to 3-18. As for Fargo Davies, the win was the seventh in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 17-4.

Looking ahead, West Fargo will face off against Fargo South at 5:45 p.m. on Tuesday. West Fargo is facing Fargo South at the right time seeing as Fargo South is stuck on a 21-game losing streak. As for Fargo Davies, they will be playing at home against Horace at 7:15 p.m. on Tuesday. One thing working in Horace's favor is that they have posted at least 55 points every time they've taken the court this season.
