Baseball Game Preview: Norwich Purple Tornado vs. Oneonta Yellowjackets

For the second straight game, Norwich will face off against Oneonta. The Purple Tornado will face off against the Yellowjackets at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. Norwich, yet to win a game, are hoping to taste some of the success that has characterized Oneonta's (thus far) undefeated season.

Norwich made up a huge gap compared to their last game against Oneonta, but they still couldn't quite topple them. The Purple Tornado fell just short of the Yellowjackets by a score of 2-0 on Wednesday. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest loss the Purple Tornado have suffered since May 6, 2024.
