Volleyball Recap: Prout Falls Short of South Kingstown in the Playoffs + How To Watch

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Prout can now relate to. They fell 3-1 to the South Kingstown Rebels on Monday. The Crusaders' defeat continues a trend for the squad, making it three in a row.

Olivia Torok paced Prout's offense, picking up seven kills. Torok got some help from Brooke Rutherford and her 12 assists. Torok also made an impact serving: she shared the team lead in aces with Lily Cui, each putting up four.

Prout's loss dropped their record down to 6-13. As for South Kingstown, they are on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 4-6 record this season.

Prout does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for South Kingstown, they will take on North Kingstown on Thursday.
