Green Canyon entered their tilt with Mountain Crest on Friday with three consecutive wins, and they'll enter their next game with four. They came out on top against the Mustangs by a score of 2-0. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 3-1 back in March.

Green Canyon's offense was headlined by Carter Etherington and Josh Brough, who picked up eight kills apiece. They got some help from Keaton Crosbie and his 14 assists. He also made an impact serving: he shared the team lead in aces with Griffin Blau, racking up two apiece.

Green Canyon's win bumped their record up to 16-6. As for Mountain Crest, they are on a six-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-18.

Looking ahead, Green Canyon will be taking part in a tournament against Morgan at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Mountain Crest, they will take on Bountiful in a tournament on Friday.
