Recap: Entiat vs. Waterville
Entiat kept a clean sheet against Waterville on Friday. Entiat took their matchup with ease, bagging a 56-0 win over Waterville. The contest was pretty much decided by the half, when the score had already reached 28 to nothing.
Case Crutcher went supernova for the Tigers as he rushed for 141 yards and three TDs on eight carries. If you haven't heard Crutcher's name lately, then you haven't been paying much attention: he has loomed large in Entiat's past nine games. Colby Crutcher was in the mix, too, providing Entiat with three touchdowns.
Entiat's defense was a presence as well, and it made life painful for the QB and embarrassed Waterville's offensive line for a total of eight sacks. It was a group effort with three picking up 2.5 sacks apiece.
Entiat will stay at home on Friday against Odessa at 7 p.m. ET. It should be a fierce showdown as Entiat is ranked fifth in the MaxPreps state rankings and Odessa is ranked first. The Shockers will be playing at home against Bridgeport at 7 p.m. ET. Both of these teams will be looking for a pick-me-up after considerable defeats in their previous games.
