Volleyball Recap: Minooka Snaps Three-Game Streak of Losses on the Road + How To Watch

If Joliet Catholic wanted to avenge their loss from the last time they played Minooka, they should've done a better job of containing Maddie Dostall. The Indians skirted past the Hilltoppers 2-1 thanks in part to Dostall, who had 22 digs and two assists. She has been hot recently, having posted ten or more digs the last three times she's played.

It was an exciting match in which no team won back-to-back sets, but at the end of the day Minooka got the one that really mattered. The match finished with set scores of 25-23, 21-25, 25-19.

When it comes to explaining why Joliet Catholic lost on Wednesday, don't look at Maddie Samolis. Despite the final result, she had 18 digs and one assist.
