Apex Friendship waltzed into their game on Thursday with three straight wins... but they left with four. They came out on top against the Apex Cougars by a score of 4-2. The final result isn't all that surprising considering Apex Friendship's considerable advantage in MaxPreps' North Carolina soccer rankings (they are ranked 45th, while Apex are ranked 182nd).

Apex Friendship hit Apex with a three-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Dylan Eckel (2), Aiden Baumberger, and Austin Krueger.

Apex Friendship's victory bumped their record up to 7-3-3. As for Apex, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 4-6.
