Baseball Recap: Eugene Find Success

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against California, Eugene was happy to have turned things around on Tuesday. They never let the Linn Wildcats get on the board and left with a 2-0 win. The Eagles haven't had any issues with the Wildcats recently, as the game was their third consecutive victory against them.

Eugene's win was truly a team effort as two different players contributed at least one hit. One of them was Sam Schulte, who scored a run and stole a base while going 1-for-3. Schulte is crushing it when it comes to stolen bases: he's snagged at least one every time he's taken the field this season.

Eugene's first victory this season bumped their record up to 1-2. As for Linn, their defeat dropped their record down to 4-2.
