Hitchcock County had to skate by with only a two-point margin when they last took the court, which might have inspired the 24-point drubbing they dealt Cody-Kilgore on Monday. The Hitchcock County Falcons blew past the Cody-Kilgore Cowboys/Cowgirls 56-32. The Falcons have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won seven games by 23 points or more this season.

Hitchcock County's victory bumped their record up to 13-4. As for Cody-Kilgore, they moved to 11-7 with that loss, which also ended their four-game winning streak.
