Softball Recap: Stevens Takes a Loss

Stevens was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their ninth straight defeat. They lost 12-2 to the Taft Raiders. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Raiders this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 17-1 back in February.

Stevens' loss dropped their record down to 6-14. As for Taft, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 14-5.

While Stevens had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday.
