Basketball Recap: Haverling Comes Up Short

Haverling won a close one the last time they played, but unfortunately they suffered a serious change of fortune on Wednesday. They had to suffer through a 82-38 loss at the hands of the Hornell Red Raiders. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Rams of the 77-33 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in February.

Haverling dropped their record down to 2-2 with the defeat, which was their fifth straight on the road dating back to last season. As for Hornell, the victory keeps them at an undefeated 5-0.

Coincidentally, the two teams will both be playing Livonia the next time they take the court. Haverling will host Livonia at 7:00 p.m. on Friday, while Hornell will head out to face them at 12:45 p.m. on Monday.
