Basketball Recap: Maroa-Forsyth Takes a Loss

Maroa-Forsyth and St. Joseph-Ogden squared off in some playoff action on Wednesday, but Maroa-Forsyth had to settle for second. They fell 60-52 to the St. Joseph-Ogden Spartans. The Trojans haven't had much luck with the Spartans recently, as the team has come up short the last seven times they've met.

Maroa-Forsyth now has a losing record of 14-15. As for St. Joseph-Ogden, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 21-8.

Maroa-Forsyth does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for St. Joseph-Ogden, they will take on Warrensburg-Latham at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Warrensburg-Latham will roll in looking for their 13th straight victory, something St. Joseph-Ogden surely won't give up without a fight.
