Logan/Palco hadn't done well against Lakeside recently (they were 2-7 in their previous nine matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Saturday. Logan/Palco narrowly escaped with a victory as the team sidled past Lakeside 2-1. The win made it back-to-back victories for Logan/Palco.

Their offense was headlined by Hope Couse and Breyer Delimont, who picked up five kills apiece. Couse really made an impact as she also led the team in assists with seven. Trinity Couse and Ximena Ortiz kept things locked in from the service line: the pair finished with two aces apiece.

The win got Logan/Palco back to even at 4-4. As for Lakeside, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 4-3.
