Basketball Recap: Cairo Takes a Loss

Cairo was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their sixth straight defeat. They received a blow as they fell 60-44 to the Bainbridge Bearcats. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Syrupmakers this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 68-67 back in January.

Cairo's loss dropped their record down to 4-19. As for Bainbridge, their win ended an eight-game drought on the road and puts them at 8-17.

As of now, neither Cairo nor Bainbridge have any future games scheduled.
