While Broadneck's victory against Severna Park wasn't quite the blowout it was the last time the pair played, they still came out on top. The Bruins had just enough and edged out the Falcons 3-2 on Tuesday. The Bruins haven't had any issues with the Falcons recently, as the game was their seventh consecutive win against them.

Broadneck wouldn't go down easily and took Severna Park into a fifth set where they got it done with a four-point win. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 20-25, 25-16, 25-8, 19-25, 15-11.

Severna Park lost despite a true team effort on offense. The best among them was Jennifer Hong, who had 14 digs and one assist.

Broadneck's victory bumped their record up to 3-0. As for Severna Park, they are on a four-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-3.
