Softball Recap: Governor Mifflin Takes a Loss

Governor Mifflin fell victim to Lampeter-Strasburg and their airtight pitching crew on Thursday. They lost 15-0 to the Pioneers. Having soared to a lofty 13 runs in the game before, the Mustangs' shutout was a dramatic turnaround.

Governor Mifflin is on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-13. As for Lampeter-Strasburg, the victory (which was their fifth in a row) raised their record to 11-2.

Looking ahead, Governor Mifflin will square off against Exeter Township at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Lampeter-Strasburg, they will take on Solanco at 4:15 p.m. on Monday.
