Volleyball Recap: Carroll Comes Up Short

Carroll was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their sixth straight loss. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Frankfort Hot Dogs. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Cougars of the 2-0 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in September of 2018.

The final score came out to 25-9, 25-15.

Carroll's loss dropped their record down to 1-16. As for Frankfort, they pushed their record up to 12-6 with the victory, which was their third straight at home.

Coming up, Carroll will head out to challenge Tri-Central at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Frankfort, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Fountain Central at 6:00 p.m. on Monday.
