Softball Recap: Kearney Catholic Stars vs. Wilber-Clatonia Wolverines

Kearney Catholic put another one in the bag on Saturday to keep their perfect season alive. They never let the Wilber-Clatonia Wolverines onto the board and left with a 10-0 victory. Considering the Stars have won three games by more than eight runs this season, Saturday's blowout was nothing new.

Kearney Catholic let Raegan Ruyle and Kynlee Ruyle loose on the outfield. Raegan went 2-for-2 with a home run, three runs, and three RBI, while Kynlee scored three runs and stole four bases while going 2-for-2. Kynlee is on a roll when it comes to stolen bases, as she's now stolen at least one in the last three games she's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Tessa Colling, who scored a run and stole a base while going 1-for-2.

Kearney Catholic always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .545. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Wilber-Clatonia only posted an OBP of .200.
