While Dickson County put up plenty of runs on Friday, the same can't be said for Northwest. The Cougars blew past the Vikings 15-0. The result was nothing new for the Cougars, who have now won 14 matchups by six runs or more so far this season.

Dickson County has been performing well recently as they've won 11 of their last 14 games. That's provided a nice bump to their 24-11 record this season. Those victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 9.4 runs over those games. As for Northwest, they dropped their record down to 6-13 with the loss, which was their fourth straight on the road.

Dickson County didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next contest, a 5-4 defeat against Henry County on the 6th. Northwest does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
