Baseball Recap: Thrasher Takes a Loss

Thrasher was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their sixth straight loss. They lost 15-3 to the Baldwyn Bearcats. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Rebels of the 17-5 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in March of 2024.

Thrasher saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Caden Boren, who scored a run and stole a base while going 1-for-1.

Thrasher's loss dropped their record down to 6-10. As for Baldwyn, their victory bumped their record up to 12-5-1.

While Thrasher had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
