Basketball Recap: Prince of Peace's Win Ends Five-Game Losing Streak on the Road

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Brazos Christian, Prince of Peace was happy to have turned things around on Tuesday. They walked away with a 57-50 victory over the Coram Deo Academy Lions. The win was some much needed relief for the Eagles as it spelled an end to their three-game losing streak.

Prince of Peace's victory ended a five-game drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 7-8. As for Coram Deo Academy, they are on a 13-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-10.

Prince of Peace didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 40-34 loss against Covenant Christian on the 17th. As for Coram Deo Academy, they will have a little extra prep time after the defeat as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Prince of Peace at 6:00 p.m. on January 31st.
