Central Cass won against Grafton/St. Thomas/Drayton two weeks ago with 34 points, and Central Cass decided to stick to that point total again last Friday. Everything went Central Cass' way against Turtle Mountain as they made off with a 34-8 victory. The victory was familiar territory for Central Cass, who now have three in a row.
Meanwhile, after a disappointing seven points in their last contest, St. Mary's Central made sure to put some points up on the board against Watford City. St. Mary's Central were fully in charge, breezing past Watford City 54-0. The lopsides score is just par for the course this season for St. Mary's Central, who can brag about five blowout wins.
The last time the two teams met, Central Cass lost to St. Mary's Central by a decisive 20-38 margin. Since neither squad is a stranger to landslide victories this season, you'd better bet it will be hard-fought showdown.
