The Legacy Christian Academy Eagles won a close one the last time they played, but unfortunately they suffered a serious change of fortune on Thursday. They suffered a rough 65-39 loss at the hands of Coram Deo Academy. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest loss Legacy Christian Academy has suffered since December 1, 2023.
Leading Coram Deo Academy to victory were Emily Revering and Selah Johnson. Revering scored 17 points, while Johnson scored 21 points. Revering continues to roll, besting her previous point total in each of the last three games she's played.
Legacy Christian Academy's loss ended a four-game streak of away wins and brought them to 9-6. As for Coram Deo Academy, they have been performing well recently as they've won 11 of their last 14 matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 18-9 record this season.
Coincidentally, both teams will both be playing Grapevine Faith Christian the next time they take the court. Legacy Christian Academy will head out to face Grapevine Faith Christian at 6:00 p.m. on Saturday, while Coram Deo Academy will host them at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
