Volleyball Recap: Mullen Falls Short Against Ranked Ralston Valley

Mullen faced Ralston Valley in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Friday. Mullen lost 3-0 to Ralston Valley. Mullen was given a dose of their own medicine in this game as Ralston Valley apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in October of 2017.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-18, 25-11, 25-12.

Ralston Valley was led to victory by Bella Goodall and Courtney Miller. Goodall had 12 digs and one assist, while Miller had ten digs and four aces. Those four aces gave Miller a new career-high.

Mullen has already played their next contest, a 3-0 defeat against Windsor on the 31st. As for Ralston Valley, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next match, a 3-2 win against Legend on the 31st.
