Rolla came tearing into Thursday's matchup with 15 straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 6.9 runs), and they left with even more momentum. Their pitchers stepped up to hand the Jackson Fighting Indians a 1-0 shutout. This was payback for the Bulldogs, who suffered a 9-8 loss the last time these two teams met.
