Basketball Recap: Thrasher Wins Going Away Against Potts Camp

Thrasher lost to Potts Camp back in December of 2020, but they didn't allow them the same satisfaction on Friday. The Thrasher Rebels put the hurt on the Potts Camp Cardinals with a sharp 56-31 win. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Rebels.

Thrasher is on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four matches, which provided a massive bump to their 7-7 record this season. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 54.0 points per game. As for Potts Camp, they are on an 11-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-10.

Thrasher will wrap up 2024 with a road trip to face off against Houlka at 7:30 p.m. on December 27th. Houlka is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 60.8 points per game this season. Potts Camp and Ashland will round out the year against one another at at 1:30 p.m. on December 30th.
