Jaylen Mcgill's Big Game Leads Mountain View Prep over Woodruff
Jaylen McGill's big game helped extend Mountain View Prep's winning streak to seven on Friday. McGill did his part (and then some), rushing for 258 yards and three touchdowns while picking up 8.9 yards per carry for the 'W'. He showed off some serious burst, cutting through the defense on one rush that went for 67 yards.
On the season, McGill has run in 12 touchdowns while averaging 156.1 rushing yards per game.

Noah Tucker Delivers Best Effort of Season
Sadly, Noah Tucker posting his best game of the season wasn't enough to lead Union County over Chapman on Friday. Tucker rushed for 111 yards and two touchdowns on only 11 carries.
Union County dropped their record down to 2-5 with the loss, which was their sixth straight at home dating back to last season. Tucker and Union County will have a little extra prep time after the defeat as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Woodruff at 7:30 p.m. on November 1st.

Kadarus Hainsworth and Co. Win Seventh in a Row
Kadarus Hainsworth was instrumental in extending Mountain View Prep's winning streak to seven on Friday. Hainsworth turned in nothing short of a gem, picking up 144 receiving yards and two touchdowns, while also rushing for 41 yards. He torched the secondary when he pulled down a catch that went for 82 yards.
For the year, Hainsworth has caught 13 touchdowns while averaging 115.7 receiving yards per game.

Morris Posts Huge Game in 40-38 Defeat
While TJ Morris delivered a dominant performance on Friday, a win just wasn't in the cards for Woodruff. Morris turned in nothing short of a gem, throwing for 411 yards and three touchdowns while picking up 10.5 yards per attempt.
The loss snapped Woodruff's winning streak at five games and leaves them with a 5-1 record. Morris and Woodruff are on the road again on Friday to play Chapman at 7:30 p.m.

Aiden Gibson Makes It Two for Woodruff
Keeping Morris company is Aiden Gibson, a fellow Woodruff player. He picked up 120 receiving yards and a touchdown, and also rushed for 38 yards and a touchdown. He got the majority of those receiving yards when he pulled down a pass and took off for a gain of 80 yards.
