Santa Rosa Academy gave their fans exactly what they wanted out of a home opener on Tuesday. Everything went their way against the California School for the Deaf-Riverside Cubs as they made off with a 3-0 victory. The Rangers have beaten the Cubs the last three times they've met, but they better watch out: this was the closest the Cubs has come to flipping the script.

Santa Rosa Academy was especially dominant in the second set. The match finished with set scores of 25-19, 25-10, 25-18.

Looking ahead, Santa Rosa Academy will be playing in front of their home fans against Elsinore at 4:45 p.m. on Thursday. As for California School for the Deaf-Riverside, they are taking a road trip to take on The Grove School at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday.
