Baseball Recap: Chatham's Loss Ends Four-Game Winning Streak on the Road

If Chatham was riding high fresh off their 11-5 takedown of Watervliet on Monday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Panthers fell 6-1 to the Saratoga Central Catholic Saints on Wednesday. The contest marked the Panthers' lowest-scoring match so far this season.

Chatham saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Thomas Pierro, who went 1-for-3 with two stolen bases.

Chatham's loss ended a four-game streak of away wins and brought them to 14-5. As for Saratoga Central Catholic, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 18-1.

Chatham does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Saratoga Central Catholic, they will take on Schalmont at 7:00 p.m. on Saturday.
