Football Recap: Fenton Takes a Loss + How To Watch

If Fenton was riding high fresh off their 55-6 takedown of Elmwood Park last Friday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Bison were dealt a 56-14 loss at the hands of the Glenbard South Raiders on Friday. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Bison of the 49-6 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in September of 2024.

Fenton's loss dropped their record down to 2-2. As for Glenbard South, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 3-1.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Fenton will square off against Riverside-Brookfield at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The Bison will need to watch out since the Bulldogs have now posted at least 31 points every time they've taken the field this season. As for Glenbard South, they will face off against Elmwood Park at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The Raiders will be up against the Tigers' rather soft defense (which has allowed 56.75 points per contest), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance.
