Basketball Recap: Sioux Falls Lutheran Comes Up Short

Sioux Falls Lutheran was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They lost to the Canton C-Hawks on the road by a 64-49 margin. Sioux Falls Lutheran lost against Canton in their previous head to head back in January of 2024, too, but the margin this time around was much closer than the 66-25 score last time.

Sioux Falls Lutheran's defeat dropped their record down to 3-8. As for Canton, their victory ended a five-game drought at home and bumped them up to 2-11.

Sioux Falls Lutheran has already played their next match (against Andes Central/Dakota Christian), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. Canton will face off against Redfield at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday.
