Soccer Recap: A&M Consolidated Plays to a Tie

It was a proper cat-fight when A&M Consolidated took on Lake Creek on Tuesday. Neither the A&M Consolidated Tigers nor the Lake Creek Lions could gain the upper hand so the two teams had to settle for a 1-1 draw. The result (or lack thereof) was the first time the Tigers have been dealt a draw since back in January.

Their goal came courtesy of Jax Hood, which was the first he's scored this season.

A&M Consolidated's draw gives them a new season record of 5-1-2. Meanwhile, Lake Creek's record is now 5-4-1.

A&M Consolidated didn't take long to hit the pitch again: they've already played their next matchup, a 2-1 defeat against College Station on the 31st. As for Lake Creek, they also wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and have already played their next game, a 5-4 win against Rudder on the 31st.
