Soccer Recap: Woodlands Academy Comes Up Short

Woodlands Academy managed to keep up with Pritzker until halftime on Saturday, but things quickly went downhill from there. The Wildcats lost 7-2 to the Jaguars. Woodlands Academy have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Morgan Mathy and Dyana Santoyo scored both of Woodlands Academy's goals, bringing their combined season tally to three goals.

Woodlands Academy now has a losing record of 1-2-1. As for Pritzker, the win was the fifth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 6-1.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Woodlands Academy will welcome Grant Community at 4:45 p.m. on Monday. Woodlands Academy will be up against Grant Community's rather soft defense (which has allowed 2.71 goals per matchup), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance. As for Pritzker, they will challenge Golder at 5:30 p.m. on Monday.
