Greenfield came tearing into Thursday's game with ten straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 37.4 points) and they left with even more momentum. They walked away with a 71-64 victory over the Wayne Country Day Chargers. That's more bragging rights for the Knights, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Despite the loss, Wayne Country Day saw an underclassman step up: sophomore Jeremiah Mercer posted 21 points. Jaelen Solomon was another key player, dropping a double-double on ten points and 14 boards.
