Etowah entered their tilt with North Paulding on Tuesday with seven consecutive wins, and they'll enter their next game with eight. They came within a single set of losing the streak, but they secured a 3-2 W against the Wolfpack. While the Eagles didn't have the best season last year (they finished 11-19), it's starting to look like those struggles are a thing of the past.

Etowah was staring down a 2-1 deficit headed into the fourth set, but they rallied to take the next two for the win. The match finished with set scores of 20-25, 25-23, 24-26, 25-11, 15-12.

Etowah's win bumped their record up to 8-1. As for North Paulding, they have been struggling recently as they've lost five of their last six games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 3-6 record this season.
