It may have taken eight innings to finish the job, but Edison ultimately got the result they hoped for on Saturday. They beat the Old Bridge Knights by the very same score they won with in their prior game: 10-6. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 10-6 on Saturday.
Robert Roma made a big impact while hitting and pitching. He tossed 1.2 innings while giving up no earned runs or hits. Roma was also stellar in the batter's box, going 2-for-4 with two stolen bases and three RBI.
