Baseball Recap: Warner Robins Takes a Loss

Warner Robins lost against Wayne County back in April of 2022, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Demons lost 9-2 to the Yellow Jackets. That's two games in a row now that the Demons have lost by exactly seven runs.

Drew White made the most of his time at bat despite the final result and went 1-for-2 with one home run. That home run marked the first that he launched this season.

Warner Robins is on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 9-8. As for Wayne County, they pushed their record up to 21-4 with the win, which was their ninth straight at home.

Looking ahead, Warner Robins will challenge Southwest at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Wayne County will be paying especially close attention to the Demons' contest: after the Demons faces off against the Patriots, they'll take on Wayne County again at 4:30 p.m. on Friday.
