Basketball Recap: Prescott Comes Up Short

If Prescott was feeling good fresh off their 67-33 takedown of Agua Fria last Thursday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Prescott Badgers fell to the Flagstaff Eagles 57-53. Unfortunately, that's the third time they've come up short against the Eagles this season, with their most recent defeat being a 59-44 loss back in February.

Prescott's loss dropped their record down to 22-8. As for Flagstaff, their win was their 11th straight at home, which pushed their record up to 24-7.

While Prescott had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair will be back at it again later today.
