It can be hard to translate regular season success to the playoffs, but Lee County had no problem doing just that on Saturday. They strolled past the Rome Wolves with points to spare, taking the game 69-52. The victory was familiar territory for the Trojans, who have now won 12 matchups in a row.

Lee County's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Matthew Hardwick led the charge by going 7-for-14 en route to 18 points and eight rebounds. Hardwick is also on a roll when it comes to shooting accuracy, as he's posted one of at least 50% in the last eight games he's played. Ousmane Kromah was another key player, going 6-for-10 on his way to 14 points.

Lee County's win bumped their record up to 24-5. As for Rome, their defeat dropped their record down to 19-9.

Lee County has already played their next game, a 72-69 victory against Dutchtown on the 26th. Rome does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
