Baseball Game Preview: Upper Arlington Golden Bears vs. Grove City Greyhounds

The Upper Arlington Golden Bears will challenge the Grove City Greyhounds at 5:00 p.m. on Monday. Upper Arlington is coming into the game on a three-game losing streak.

On Friday, Upper Arlington came up short against Olentangy Orange and fell 5-2.

Meanwhile, Grove City's hitters rose to the challenge against a Preppers pitching crew that boasted an average of only three runs allowed on Saturday. The Greyhounds came out on top in a nail-biter against University School, sneaking past 11-9. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Greyhounds.

Grove City pushed their record up to 15-7 with the victory, which was their third straight at home. The home wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 3.7 runs on average over those games. As for Upper Arlington, they now have a losing record of 11-12.
