Grant is 10-0 against Franklin since February of 2018 and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Friday. The Grant Generals will be playing at home against the Franklin Quakers at 6:30 p.m. Franklin took a loss in their last matchup and will be looking to turn the tables on Grant, who comes in off a win.

Last Friday, Grant humbled McDaniel with a 53-20 victory. Given the Generals' advantage in MaxPreps' Oregon basketball rankings (they are ranked 72nd, while the Mountain Lions are ranked 202nd), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Meanwhile, Franklin was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their sixth straight defeat. They took a blow against Benson Tech, falling 76-17.

Grant pushed their record up to 9-6 with the victory, which was their sixth straight on the road. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 54.5 points per game. As for Franklin, their loss dropped their record down to 1-11.

Grant strolled past Franklin in their previous meeting back in February of 2024 by a score of 53-37. Does Grant have another victory up their sleeve, or will Franklin turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
