Baseball Recap: Schuylkill Valley's Win Ends Ten-Game Losing Streak on the Road

Schuylkill Valley hadn't done well against Brandywine Heights Area recently (they were 2-7 in their previous nine matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Monday. Schuylkill Valley walked away with an 8-3 win over Brandywine Heights Area. This was payback for the Panthers, who suffered an 11-0 loss the last time these two teams met.

Schuylkill Valley saw six different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Logan Nawrocki, who scored two runs while going 2-for-4. Nawrocki has become a key player for Schuylkill Valley: the team is undefeated when he posts at least two runs, but 0-5 otherwise. Chase Keller also deserves some recognition as he scored his first run of the season.
