Softball Recap: St. Maries Comes Up Short

St. Maries kicked off their season on the road on Friday and hit a couple of potholes. They fell just short of Non Varsity Tournament Opponent by a score of 4-3.

St. Maries saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Brenna Elliott, who scored a run while going 1-for-3. Gracie Hemmah was another, scoring a run and stealing Two bases.

St. Mariesdidn't have to wait long for another shot: they've already played their next match, a 10-9 beat against another Non Varsity Tournament Opponent.
