Baseball Recap: Summit Charter Collegiate Academy Comes Up Short

Summit Charter Collegiate Academy came into their game on Tuesday off a hard-fought close win, but unfortunately suffered a serious change of fortune. They lost 11-2 to the Orange Cove Titans. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Titans this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 11-1 back in April.

Maddox is on a roll when it comes to stolen bases, as he's now snagged at least one in each of the last four games he's played.

Summit Charter Collegiate Academy's defeat dropped their record down to 3-11-1. As for Orange Cove, they are on a roll lately: they've won 12 of their last 15 contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 17-9 record this season.
